My child suffers from social anxiety and S2E gave her the tools she needed to learn to socialize. She still has a ways to go, but I’ve seen a big difference.
She is not an “in the front” person, but the Elevated Thinking program made her speak in front of people she didn’t know — and now she is confident for an interview.
My child seemed stagnant regarding after high school plans. Strength to Elevate has opened up dialogue that he wasn’t having prior to participating in the program.
My child had a few obstacles she faced and the program pushed her out of that hiding space and gave her support and tools to move forward.
My kids shared a lot with me things they never knew about interviewing. Each day they learned something new. They state they feel better prepared for the workforce.
My child learned the importance of knowing how to fill out job applications, researching colleges for the right fit, finding their true self, communication with socialization skills for life. The program brought accountability, imagination, and responsibility of what the future can hold for them by staying focused.
My daughter attended a class over Spring Break and has provided a lot of feedback regarding needing to take on much more responsibility as a graduating senior, becoming more independent, and going full force after her goal of becoming a Travel Nurse. Ms. Daphne created a space for her to be much more focused on the tasks at hand, and better ways of communicating and team building with other students.
